Council's 'Community Partnership Grants Program' aims to help build our region by giving community groups a funding source to undertake new or growing initiatives, projects, or events that benefit the Southern Grampians Shire.

Community Partnership Grants

Council's Community Partnership Grants program has funded club building repairs, general equipment, furniture, safety gear, promotional signage, environmental protection programs, heritage projects, events, and festivals.

Council promotes funding opportunities twice a year and hosts drop-in sessions across the Shire so potential grant applicants have all the support they need to submit their application.

Please monitor our social media and local media outlets for information about upcoming grants.

We can also place you on a database for people wanting to be kept informed of what's happening with the Community Partnership Program.

Round One Community Partnership Grants 2026/27 are now closed.

A very big congratulations and well done to all community and sporting groups who took the time to apply for round one. Thank you to all those who made the effort to drop in at one of our Towns Roadshows or Community Drop-in Sessions. It was lovely to chat with new and returning applicants.

The team will now start the process of going through all the amazing applications.
