Important information when submitting a tender

• When completing your tender application in eProcure, please ensure you click on the 'Response' tab to view the completed tender. Furthermore, all electronic submissions must be received utilising this tab.
• To ensure all your tender submission is successfully received, please allow around 1-2 hours to upload all documentation. Please ensure you are actively logged into 'Tenders' as your device may have timed out unknowingly.
• Please ensure that all documentation being submitted is 'unlocked' and all security settings disabled. This will help expedite the contractual agreement process.
• The closing time for all tenders relates to AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) or AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) - Victorian time zone only.
