HILAC Unveils New User-Friendly Website

Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre (HILAC) has launched a new member-focused website to improve user experience.

Features of the new site include an intuitive search bar, easier to access information on swimming lessons and gym memberships, and details on promotions, events and activities.

Director Wellbeing, Planning and Recreation Rory Neeson said improving user experience for patrons was a key driver behind the new website.

“Our new site has been designed to make it easier for HILAC members as well as casual visitors to find the information they need about our recreation and aquatic facilities and services,” said Mr Neeson.

“Whether you're looking to book your child into swimming lessons, check centre opening hours, find out about our fitness programs, or stay up-to-date with facility news and promotions, the new website has been designed with the user experience front of mind.

“We know people want quick and easy access to information, and this new platform delivers that through improved navigation, mobile-friendly functionality and an intuitive search feature that helps users find what they need faster.

“This is just another example of how we are working to enhance how we connect with our community and support people to make the most of the health, wellbeing and recreation opportunities available across our facilities.”

The website retains the functionality to access the Perfect Gym member portal.
