Cr Henry grew up on a farm in Digby and has deep family connections in the local community and landscape. She returned to the area twenty years ago after travelling and living away for a decade.
Today, she lives with her family in Hamilton and runs a successful engineering business with her husband. She has two biological children, a number of foster children from PNG and a brown Labrador.
She is strong in financial management, budgeting, and marketing and believes there are many opportunities for responsible economic growth in our shire and for project investment.
A local English teacher, with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, Cr Henry believes it is important to contribute to the community to keep it vibrant and viable. Her main passions lie in the areas of youth, agriculture, industry, and the environment.
