Council is proud to offer an Environmental Health Department that provides a variety of environmental and public health services, including health education and the enforcement of relevant State legislation.
Made up of trained public health professionals and experienced administrative support staff, our Environmental Health Department addresses your concerns and requests relating to food poisoning; poor food handling; hairdressers and beauty establishments; accommodation; swimming pools and spas; nuisance complaints; septic tank systems; and the registration of food premises, temporary food premises and health premises.
