The east bound lane of Gray Street, just after the Gray/Cox streets roundabout in Hamilton will be temporarily closed on Tuesday 6 June.
The 15-metre section of road on Gray Street (between Cox Street and Dinwoodie Street) will be closed so Wannon Water can safely complete watermain works in the roundabout as part of the Cox Street upgrade.
West bound motorists on Gray Street can use the roundabout but must slow to 50km/ph through the works. Motorists will still be able to turn left from Gray Street into Cox Street.
Southern Grampians Shire Council expects the works to be completed in one day – weather permitting.
As part of the overall project works, the south bound lane between Gray Street and Ballarat Road will continue to remain closed until further notice.
