A wonderful array of sporting fields, parks, gardens and street trees are featured throughout the Southern Grampians Shire.
The Council's Parks and Gardens team are committed to enhancing the value of the Shire's parks and gardens and presenting them in an environmentally safe, tidy and aesthetically pleasing state for the enjoyment of the general community.

| Overhanging branches |
 | All residents are asked to ensure that trees and shrubs which grow out from private properties are pruned clear of pedestrian pathways, allowing for full access (the width of the footpath and approximately 2 metres high) by all pedestrians. | | Obstacles on the footpath can easily result in accidents and trees or shrubs must not obstruct or interfere with the passage of traffic. |
