Southern Grampians Shire Council’s Performing Arts Centre has recently undergone a significant restructure and is excited to offer this newly developed position to a very ambitious and passionate individual.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced coordinator to join our team to deliver great results.

You will:
• Design and deliver a marketing plan that will engage existing and potential members to determine satisfaction of current service delivery, identify future needs and increase membership, advertising revenue and participation.
• Engage with partners and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of PAC membership.
• Monitor and report on the success of web-site engagement, media and marketing strategies.
• Create copy and content for web-site marketing and media material.
• Deliver marketing campaigns and ensure branding consistency.
• Drive a positive team culture and environment.

About you:
To be successful you will display:

 Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in engagement, marketing and communication
 Digital marketing and advertising expertise
 High level of written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated capacity to community with a wide range of PAC clients and user groups
 High level experience in website and social media management
 Flexible working hours (some after- hours required)
